At CDL RIGHT NOW STUDY™, we are committed to your success. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of study guides, practice exams, and "Unlimited Access" subscriptions are final. Once access is granted to our proprietary educational materials, the service is considered "consumed," and no refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or "accidental purchase."
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unable to access your purchased materials due to a technical failure on our platform (e.g., server downtime or broken links), we will:
First: Attempt to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours of your report.
Second: If the issue cannot be resolved and you still lack access, a full or pro-rated refund will be issued at our discretion.
If you have signed up for a recurring subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
Cancellation prevents future billing. You will continue to have access to the materials until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Note: Adding this section builds massive trust. If you choose to include it, use this language:
"We are so confident in our curriculum that if you complete 100% of our 'Mastery' modules and still fail your official state written exam, we will provide an additional [30/60] days of access for free. To claim this, simply email a photo of your dated failure notice from the DMV to our support team."
If you believe your card has been charged in error or without your permission, please contact us immediately at support@cdlrightnowstudy.com. We investigate all fraud claims and work with payment processors to resolve them quickly.
